Job Description

Regional Sales Manager:

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales activities within a broader geographic region. Leading a team of TSM’s 5-7 territories developing and executing strategic plans to achieve overall sales targets & Increase market share, Sales, demand generation, Demand fulfilment , collection targets & team productivity , Budget Management
  • Lead & Mentor Territory sales leads.
  • Performance management of team
  • Channel assessment and expansion implementation
  • ASP management
  • Offer proposals and outflow management
  • New channel appointment
  • Communicating channel profitability, key account management of large customers
  • Competitor & market analysis
  • Collaborate with other department to contribute to the company's overall strategy - HR Supply chains, Marketing, PED
  • Complaints management and settlement/escalation as per DOA
