Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales activities within a broader geographic region. Your main duties will include leading a team of Territory Sales Managers across 5-7 territories, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve overall sales targets, increase market share, drive sales, demand generation, demand fulfillment, and collection targets while ensuring team productivity and effective budget management. In this role, you will lead and mentor Territory Sales Leads, as well as manage the performance of your team. Your responsibilities will also include channel assessment and expansion implementation, ASP management, offering proposals, outflow management, new channel appointment, and communicating channel profitability. Additionally, you will be in charge of key account management of large customers, competitor and market analysis, and collaborating with other departments such as HR, Supply Chains, Marketing, and PED to contribute to the company's overall strategy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for complaints management and settlement/escalation as per the Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines. Your role as a Regional Sales Manager will require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and team success.,
