Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, business development, and strategic initiatives across West Bengal.
  • Lead and mentor zonal sales & strategy teams to achieve targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across industrial and government sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with banks, industry boards, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report performance to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven B2B sales & strategy experience (preferably in Solar / Industrial / Banking sectors).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development.
