Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager Department: Renewable Energy Finance (REF) Location: North Zone: Faridabad / Kaushambi West & South Zone: Pune Reporting To: Business Head REF Experience: 812 years in sales, preferably in solar loans (SME & MSME), with proven team management experience Role Summary: The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and disbursement of solar loan products across a designated zone. The role demands strong leadership in building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving business growth. This position plays a critical role in scaling the REF vertical, focusing on penetration in the SME, MSME, and commercial/residential solar segments. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Own and deliver monthly and annual disbursement targets for solar loan products in the assigned zone. Team Management: Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers to ensure high field productivity and goal alignment. Market Expansion: Identify and develop untapped markets and segments, particularly in residential, commercial, and MSME solar categories. Sales Execution: Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closure ensuring quality conversions and customer satisfaction. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics and team KPIs; present periodic updates and business insights to the Business Head.
