Zonal Network Manager - RSA

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Network Manager to join our RSA Network team in Mumbai
• This role is pivotal in creating and managing our provider network, ensuring seamless operations on digital platforms, and supporting automotive roadside assistance case management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust provider network
• Oversee automotive roadside assistance case management
• Collaborate with operations to resolve customer concerns and network issues
• Facilitate bill reconciliation and provide clear payment data to providers
• Address audit queries to expedite billing processes
• Conduct periodic audits of providers and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage field customer complaints and coordinate with operations and business development teams
• Deliver basic training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reports to providers
• Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of a graduate degree or technical diploma with 10+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive or logistics/fleet management industry
• Essential experience in field operations
• Technical background with exposure to the automobile repair industry is ideal
• Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing operations across multiple states
