DGM/GM - Retail leasing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract

  international and premium retail brands

  .
• Lead high-value negotiations with anchor tenants, global brands, and strategic partners.
  
• Curate the right

  tenant mix

  to create a differentiated shopping experience and maximize footfall.
• Leverage international networks, brand relationships, and consultants to bring new concepts to the portfolio.
  
• Conduct market research on global retail trends, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
  
• Oversee lease agreements, compliance, and ensure alignment with company policies.
  
• Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to position the asset as a global retail destination.
  
• Represent the company at international retail forums, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  
• Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals to deliver business objectives.
  
• Provide strategic inputs and regular reports to top management/Board.
  

Key Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  

• 15+ years of experience

  in retail leasing, with a strong track record in

  dealing with international brands

  .
• Established

  network with global retailers, luxury brands, and international consultants

  .
• Proven success in closing anchor and premium brand deals for malls, high streets, or mixed-use developments.
  
• Strong knowledge of retail real estate market dynamics, both domestic and international.
  
• Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to strategize, innovate, and deliver high-value leasing outcomes.
