Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Business Head to lead and drive zonal business operations within the region for one of our clients in the Proptech Industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and proven experience in managing revenue streams of - 8-10 Cr annually. This leadership role requires an individual with exceptional team management skills and a strong inclination toward achieving business objectives in the PropTech sector. Strategic Planning & Execution: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals. - Drive market penetration and expansion initiatives within the assigned zone. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GTM strategies effectively. Revenue Management: - Manage and achieve revenue targets of - 8-10 Cr annually. - Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent growth across the region. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize profitability. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals. - Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure team productivity. - Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration and accountability. Client Relationship Management: - Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. - Ensure customer satisfaction and address escalations effectively. - Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and forums. Market Insights & Real Estate Expertise: - Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to shape business strategies. - Utilize insights to refine sales approaches and offer innovative solutions to clients. - Leverage experience in the real estate domain to provide tailored services and drive business growth. Key Requirements: - Experience: 7-15 years of professional experience in B2B sales, GTM strategies, and revenue management. Prior exposure to the real estate industry is highly preferred. - Education: MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: - Proven ability to manage and inspire a team of 10+ members. - Revenue Focus: Demonstrated success in achieving and managing revenue targets of - 8-10 Cr annually. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the PropTech sector and related market dynamics. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
