Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Channel Management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to optimize our channel partnerships, drive revenue growth, and enhance overall market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in channel management.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  1. Manage the channel sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and also create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  2. Manage the Channel sales team across multiple product offerings and geographies.
  3. Track and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate channel performance and effectiveness.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire partnerships and utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
  6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends by analyzing competitor offerings and market dynamics.
  7. Proposals preparation & tracking until the client onboarding process.
  8. Manage and maintain the CRM (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and streamlined sales processes
  9. Develop and implement channel training programs to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products.


Requirements
Key Skills
  1. Strong understanding of Channel Sales Strategy
  2. Strong previous experience in creating and handling a B2B Channel network.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills with strong convincing capabilities
  4. Strong team management and also perform independently
  5. Flexible in addressing ad hoc issues and adapting and operate in a very fast-paced environment

Qualifications
  1. Minimum Education Level : BE/B.Tech/ B. Sc. in any stream
  2. MBA or any management degree will have an added advantage.

Experience Requirement
  1. Overall 7-10 years of experience in sales.
  2. Minimum 4 years of channel experience in a B2B environment.
  3. Experience in Sustainability, Water, Environment or Energy domain is strongly preferred
