Zonal Manager

Role Overview: You are required to have 4-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, specifically in retail branding. You should have hands-on exposure to executing ACP boards, GSB boards, display walls, and product display stands. Your experience must include working on mass-scale retail formats such as Kirana stores or Mom & Pop outlets. Ideally, you should have executed branding in a minimum of 1,000-2,000 retail outlets annually. Key Responsibilities: - Deep understanding of ground-level retail branding and visibility execution - Proven experience in Kirana/mass retail outlet branding, including multi-state projects - Hands-on experience in managing regional/national vendors for execution - Driving vendor negotiation, alignment, and quality control - Working on budget planning, allocation, and tracking at a zonal/regional level - Understanding the P&L impact of trade marketing activities - Managing or guiding regional teams directly or indirectly - Reporting to senior marketing or sales leadership (BTL Head / Zonal Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Manager) Qualifications Required: - Overall experience of 4-8 years with domain expertise in Trade Marketing - Experience in retail branding with exposure to ACP boards, GSB boards, display walls, and product display stands - Familiarity with managing regional/national vendors, vendor negotiation, and quality control - Experience in budget planning, allocation, and tracking at a zonal/regional level - Experience in team and stakeholder management, reporting to senior marketing or sales leadership - Prior exposure to Southern states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala) is beneficial - Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) is a strong advantage - Ability to travel extensively across Southern states is a requirement,
