Job Title: Zonal Manager – Jammu

Location: Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir

Department: Sales & Operations

Reporting To: Regional Head / National Sales Head

Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years

Salary: Competitive (As per industry standards)

Industry Preference: Mobile Handset / Telecom / FMCG Distribution

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Manager to oversee and expand our business operations in the Jammu Zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mobile Handset, Telecom, or FMCG Distribution, with proven expertise in driving sales, managing large teams, and strengthening channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, revenue, and distribution targets across the assigned zone.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and distribution partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies.
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
  • Drive team performance through motivation, training, and effective leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold operational excellence in the zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales or Zonal/Regional Management within Mobile Handset, Telecom, or FMCG Distribution industries.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-location operations and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
