Zonal Manager

Role Overview: As a P&L Manager, your primary responsibility is to service existing customers and provide them with a world-class service experience. Your focus will be on upselling premium packages, retaining clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through a need-sensitive client servicing team, and implementing various marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Grow the business by increasing both the topline and bottom-line for the Zone - Develop and execute the annual operating plan, including revenue and cost planning and forecasting - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members - Ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Analyze customer feedback to gather business intelligence, evaluate the benefits of core services, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction - Establish a system that promotes high customer retention - Recruit, train, and develop a client servicing team with a need-sensitive, consultative selling approach that proactively offers the highest level of customer delight Qualifications Required: - Client handling skills and application of Field Sales techniques - Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities - Effective verbal communication with active listening - Vision and foresight to identify new opportunities for customers - Team management and strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency in data interpretation and report management - Target-oriented mindset - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team - Preference for candidates with experience in managing a team of 100+ individuals - Fluency in Tamil language - Familiarity with geographical knowledge,
