Job Description

Position: Zonal HR BFSI Sector

Base

Must be open to travel across 13 branches (15 days/month)

Zonal HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70% Focus):

Drive high-volume hiring, campus drives, and recruitment for frontline sales roles.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring with business needs.

HR Operations (30% Focus):

Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new employees.
Support HR compliance and documentation as per industry standards.
Maintain and update HR records and reports efficiently.

Travel Requirement:

Willingness to travel to different branches for approximately
15 days a month
.

Experience:
2-7 years of relevant experience in the BFSI, Insurance, or similar sectors.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with BFSI compliance, operational procedures, and industry trends.
Skills:

Good verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in stakeholder engagement and coordination

Preferences:

Male candidates
with a BFSI or Insurance background are preferred.
Candidates based in or near Guwahati
will be given priority.
