Job Description

A Zonal Head - Trade Sales at IndusInd Bank is a senior role responsible for managing and driving sales of trade and treasury products, like letters of credit, bank guarantees, and foreign exchange, across a specific geographic zone.
This role requires a strong background in trade finance, corporate sales, and team management to achieve revenue targets, enhance the customer portfolio, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Lead sales efforts for a wide range of trade and treasury products, including imports, exports, inland trade, and cash management services, through a team of executives.
Portfolio Management:
Deepen and enhance the acquired customer portfolio by selling and cross-selling various financial products.
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals across different regions.
Credit and Risk Management:
Maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, minimize losses, and ensure the integrity of the credit process by analyzing financial statements and appraisals.
Strategic Planning:
Identify new markets, develop networks, and recommend sales strategies to drive growth.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliances.
