Manager/Sr. Manager Electronic Devices

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of

    Electronic Timers

    ,

    Power Supplies

    , and EC rangefrom market research and concept development to launch, positioning, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and threats.
  • Define product roadmap based on customer feedback, technology trends, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain technical product documentation, datasheets, and application notes.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Gather, analyze, and present competitive intelligence and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research and customer visits to understand product applications, pain points, and new use cases.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Collaborate with customers, system integrators, and OEMs to understand specific project needs and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of

    customer satisfaction

    by handling technical feedback and providing after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.

Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the EC product line in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Provide

    technical support and product training

    to regional sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct

    product awareness workshops

    and promotional activities with customers and distributors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, Sales, Production, and Marketing to ensure alignment in product development and business goals.
  • Assist sales teams in technical proposal creation, project specification alignment, and solution presentations.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong background in

    product management

    with a focus on

    industrial electronic devices

    , especially

    Electronic Timers and Power Supply units.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with engineers, executives, and clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience in

    New Product Development (NPD)

    from concept to market launch is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of automation and control systems, industrial standards, and product compliance will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
  • 10 to 16 years of experience in product management or technical sales of industrial electronic components/devices
