Description

The Head Sales (Aftermarket) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales strategy for the aftermarket segment of automotive business in India. This role requires an experienced leader with a strong background in the automotive industry to enhance market presence and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the aftermarket sector.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
14-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Deep understanding of automotive aftermarket products and services.
Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the automotive industry.
