Role Overview

Sales and Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership

    : Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive aggressive growth strategies to expand market presence across key geographies.
  • Marketing Strategy

    : Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on increasing market awareness and generating high-quality leads. Lead brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Revenue Growth

    : Own the sales forecast and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Implement effective sales processes and optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Establish company brand as a trusted name within the home inspection industry.
  • Market Research & Analysis

    : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and ensure the company stays competitive.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  • Digital Marketing & Branding

    : Oversee the digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Budgeting and Reporting

    : Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively, track key performance metrics, and report on results to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience

    : Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related field. At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Leadership Skills

    : Proven track record of managing high-performing sales and marketing teams, driving growth, and achieving results.
  • Strategic Thinking

    : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Industry Knowledge

    : Understanding of the home inspection industry or related sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy

    : Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales automation software.
