Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead the planning and scheduling activities of our real estate construction projects in Hyderabad. The candidate should have 10 years of experience in project planning, coordination, and execution within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.

- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to track project progress.

- Identify project risks, delays, and provide mitigation strategies.

- Ensure all planning activities are aligned with project timelines and budget.

- Monitor resource allocation, cost control, and material planning.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.

- Support tender planning and technical documentation when required.

Requirements:

- M.Tech / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling of real estate or large-scale construction projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and MS Excel.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and contract management.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools.
