Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules (Level-1 to Level-4) using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, S-curves, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams for timely updates.
Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports and dashboards for management/client review.
Track critical path, highlight risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
Review contractor schedules, progress claims, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Support cost control and budgeting activities with planning data.
Attend client meetings, progress review meetings, and prepare MOM.
Ensure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and documentation.

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Good knowledge of industrial EPC construction sequences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and reporting skills
Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project execution methodology
