Key Responsibilities: Execute HVAC systems for large-scale industrial projects including chilled water systems, VRV/VRF, and ventilation systems. Oversee site installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ducting, and piping works. Coordinate with design consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams for seamless execution. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards at site. Plan and track project schedules, site progress, material delivery, and manpower deployment. Identify and resolve execution challenges related to HVAC systems in coordination with project management and design teams. Manage client and consultant interactions during execution phase and address technical queries or site modifications. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of site execution experience in HVAC works for industrial projects. Prior experience with reputed HVAC firms like Voltas, Carrier, Blue Star, ETA, or equivalent is a strong plus. Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders. Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.
