Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing mechanical components and systems, executing test plans, ensuring the quality of designs, and collaborating with the Installation Team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, proficiency in CAD, Solidworks software, and a problem-solving attitude. Prior experience with designing Sheet Metal Components and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the design and development of new products( Conveyors , Trolleys , Control Panels) and engineering change processes as necessary to support the existing products
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings
• Perform design calculations
• Work on the drafting and documentation of the GA drawing and assembly processes
• Provide support in the assembly process

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of CAD, FEA, and design
• Good understanding of core concepts, including mechanics, kinematics, material science
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes - machining processes, sheet metal processes, rapid prototyping
• Good knowledge in designing tools like SolidWorks/SolidEdge
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to think and work independently.
