Senior Mechanical Engineer

As an experienced MEPF Senior Engineer, your role will involve leading the design, execution, and coordination of MEPF systems for large-scale projects. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and review MEPF systems for large infrastructure projects - Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO, ASHRAE, and NFPA - Implement energy-efficient and sustainable engineering solutions - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and vendors - Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality benchmarks - Support vendor evaluation, contract execution, and technical approvals - Lead training initiatives and mentor junior engineers - Drive continuous improvement and professional development programs Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - 10-12 years of relevant experience in MEPF design and execution Key Skills & Competencies: - MEPF system design & execution - ISO / ASHRAE / NFPA compliance - Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM & other engineering tools - Project planning & tracking - Vendor & stakeholder management - Leadership & team mentoring - Sustainability & energy optimization In addition to the above details, the company may provide further information about its culture, values, or benefits.
