Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head located in Odisha, India. The Zonal Head will oversee and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives within the zone. The role involves coordinating with team members, ensuring project deliverables are met, liaising with local communities, and reporting on progress. The Zonal Head will also be responsible for developing strategic plans, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

• Experience in community engagement and capacity building
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the non-profit sector and knowledge of sustainable development principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Administration, Social Work, or Environmental Studies
