Zonal Head

As the Zonal Head - South at Stellar, you will be responsible for leading the Sales & Operations for all branches in the South Zone, focusing on Data Recovery & Data Erasing Services and Software Products. Your role involves overseeing revenue generation and profit centers at each branch within the South Zone. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing overall business administration, revenue, profitability, and operations of assigned branches in the South Zone. - Leading and guiding the branch teams. - Developing sales and operations plans, creating pipelines, and conducting regular business reviews. - Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities to drive short and long-term sales growth. - Strengthening relationships with existing customers through effective account mapping and relationship building. - Engaging with clients to ensure continued business and fostering trust relationships at all levels. - Conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and providing insights to the team and management. - Collaborating with the research & development team to address new customer requirements. - Conducting key customer visits, motivating the sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Mentoring and training the sales team to optimize performance. - Building, developing, and retaining a high-performing team. - Ensuring adherence to SOPs and strategizing for trade events to generate business awareness. Requirements: - Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and teams of at least 20 professionals for 3 to 5 years. - Strong strategic, analytic, and communication skills. - Established connections with B2B clients and channel partners. - Basic knowledge of digital lead generation and social media marketing. - Attention to detail and a focus on flawless execution.
