What we require: Minimum of 10- 12 years in financial services with a special focus on Commercial vehicle refinancing.
Proven track record of managing large teams and hitting business targets out of the park.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that can turn any frown upside down.Willingness to travel extensively within the state because great leadership knows no bounds.What will you drive ?:- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in the respective zone. Building and nurturing strong relationships with dealers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Identifying market trends and opportunities to innovate our loan offerings.What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in the retail or financial sector, preferably in a managerial capacity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships. Passion for making a positive impact on rural communities and driving meaningful change.
