Job Description

As the Zonal Head at Zodi Silver, your role is crucial in overseeing and driving sales performance across multiple districts within your designated zone. You will be responsible for managing District Heads, ensuring operational efficiency, resolving challenges, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance Zodi Silver's market presence and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal targets. - Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales objectives across districts. - Identify growth opportunities and market expansion possibilities within the zone. - Supervise District Heads and provide guidance on achieving sales goals. - Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives. - Support District Heads in building and strengthening retail networks. - Collaborate with Respective District Stockists on Sales and Inventory. - Analyze zonal sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Regional Head. - Optimize operational workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. - Address and resolve operational issues impacting district-level sales. - Assist District Heads in negotiating and securing high-value retail partnerships. - Ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely product distribution. - Ensure all districts within the zone adhere to Zodi Silver's sales policies and branding guidelines. - Monitor and enforce compliance with company ethics and operational procedures. - Strengthen Zodi Silver's reputation by maintaining consistency in marketing and customer engagement efforts. Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably in Jewelry. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Sales expertise with a strategic mindset. - Ability to coordinate multi-level sales teams efficiently. - Data-driven decision-making skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
