Job Description

You have 8-15 years of experience in the tyre business industry and the job location is in Jabalpur. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategies in the region. You will be required to meet franchisees, dealers, distributors, retreaders, and open market customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitoring sales performance, achieving collection targets, overseeing processes, and activities within the designated region will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports and other essential documents. Leading and managing a sales team in the allocated geographies is crucial to this position. Developing business relations with fleet operators and end-users is key to success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have 8-10 years of relevant sales experience in the tyre business industry and prior experience in team management. A good understanding of the market and competitors is essential. Knowledge of the tyre retreading process will be an advantage.
