Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Head, located in Ahmedabad & look after Gujarat & Rajasthan geography. Overseeing the sales and profitability of the zone. Daily tasks include managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Also responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the overall performance of the zone.

• Experience in team management and leadership
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
