Role & responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to campaigns, product promotions, and events that align with company goals.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • To achieve the assigned target with the help of given resources.

Preferred candidate profile

* 5-10 years of experience in Sales Management or related field.

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Planning , Forecasting and Management.
