Job Purpose:

The Block Level Coordinator (L2) is responsible for managing resources and facilitating the effective implementation of various skill development initiatives at the block level. This role ensures the smooth operation of the projects under schemes such as DEEN DAYAL UPADHYAY GRAMIN KAUSHAL YOJANA and other state-run programs, by supporting field teams, monitoring data, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Implementation & Coordination
• Manage block-level resources for successful execution of skill development programs.
• Assist in the overall implementation of DEEN DAYAL UPADHYAY GRAMIN KAUSHAL YOJANA and other skill initiatives in alignment with RSLDC directives.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of all block-level activities and supervise Block Coordinators.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Provide hands-on support to block and project teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher authorities for timely solutions.

Field Monitoring & Reporting

• Conduct regular and purposive field visits to project sites.
• Prepare detailed trip/visit reports for dissemination to state officials and COGNOTA INDIA PVT LTDS.
• Monitor field activities and ensure program implementation is on track.

Data Management & Analysis

• Analyze data entries made by Block Officers using the dashboard tools.
• Provide feedback and updates to senior officials for corrective actions.
• Enter and update monthly progress data into the district MIS within stipulated deadlines.

Community Mobilization & Communication

• Plan and execute block-level activities related to community mobilization and behavior change communication (BCC).
• Facilitate awareness campaigns, mobilization drives, and local stakeholder engagement.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all Quality Assurance (QA) parameters are met during program implementation.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in service delivery.

Administrative & Miscellaneous

• Perform any other functions as assigned by RSLDC or the COGNOTA INDIA PVT LTD from time to time.

Compensation & Wages with Benefit :

• 18000 – 22000 CTC
• ESIC
• PF

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in skill development, rural development, or social sector projects.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in field coordination, data management, or program implementation.
• Strong understanding of government skill programs, particularly DEEN DAYAL UPADHYAY GRAMIN KAUSHAL YOJANA.

Zonal Block Level Co-ordinator (L2): No. Of Position:- 07

• · B.E/B.Tech/Diploma In any engineering Discipline or master’s degree in science/commerce/arts/management with through command in MS office.
• · Good oral and written communication skills in local language.
• · Willingness to travel a must.
• · Minimum 3 years' experience in any social welfare/rural welfare/MBA in HR/Finance/Business Administration of any related discipline and project with survey work.
• · Command on IT computer Science/Computer Application. · Proven ability to successfully handle multiple tasks within a small team up to (20 members) · Great attention to detail and problem solving skills. · Experience of Govt. sector working.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
