Job Title: Head Coordinator (L1)

Reporting To: Divisional/State Core Team (RSLDC/Cognota India Pvt Ltd)

Purpose of the Role:

The Block Level Coordinator (L1) is responsible for overseeing the smooth implementation of project activities at the divisional and block level. The position plays a key role in coordinating staff, logistics, capacity building, and quality assurance across project sites, ensuring timely execution of deliverables as per the project guidelines and bid terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management & Coordination:

• Supervise and manage divisional and block-level staff deployed across various project blocks.
• Liaise with Cognota India Pvt Ltd and RSLDC personnel to ensure activities are completed within stipulated timelines.

Operational Support:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide technical and administrative support to district-level project teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of all project components at the field level

Logistics & Compliance:

• Coordinate logistics and deployment of human resources as per the project requirements.
• Monitor adherence to terms, govt. guidelines, and project protocols.

Monitoring & Field Visits:

• Conduct regular field visits to project sites for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Identify implementation gaps and provide on-ground support to resolve issues effectively.

Data Monitoring & Reporting:

• Periodically analyse data inputs and key performance indicators.
• Share progress reports and analytical insights with the State Core Team to inform decisions.

Capacity Building:

• Organize and facilitate periodic training and capacity-building sessions for staff to enhance performance and program delivery.

Community Mobilization & IEC:

• Support execution of community mobilization strategies and behaviour change communication (BCC) campaigns as per project plans.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure implementation meets defined quality standards and deliverables are achieved as per timelines.

Miscellaneous:

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by RSLDC/Cognota India Pvt Ltd related to the project.

Compensation & Wages With Benefits :

• 22000 – 25000 CTC
• ESIC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Management, Rural Development, Finance, (MBA) or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing block/district-level government or development projects.
• Proven experience in staff coordination, field implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with government agencies or large-scale livelihood/skill development projects preferred.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Team leadership and capacity-building experience.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with Rajasthan’s socio-economic and administrative landscape is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Travel Requirement:

• Frequent travel within assigned blocks and districts is required.

Block Level resources (L1) - No. of Position : 02

Education Qualification

• PG degree/diploma in Management with Minimum 60% marks or B.Tech/B.E with at least 60% marks.
• · At least 5 years in Project managements experience of handling projects with at least 100 skilled resources.
• · Extensive experience in training and managing semi-skilled manpower in skilling/ survey and project monitoring.
• · Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Good computer skills.

Relevant Working Experience:

• · At least 5-year experience in Managing/handling of state and nation level, large scale poverty, reduction/Livelihoods/S kill Development programme will be given preference.
• · Experience of working with Government/ Government organizations.
• · Knowledge of project management techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
