The role includes community mobilization, counselling, training facilitation, job placement, and post-placement support to ensure sustainable employment for rural youth. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement and Mobilization Create awareness within the community regarding skill development and livelihood opportunities. Identify and mobilize rural youth from economically weaker sections interested in skill training and employment. Conduct counselling sessions for youth and their families to encourage participation. Candidate Identification and Selection Assist in the screening and selection of youth based on aptitude and interest. Support in documentation and verification processes during enrolment. Training and Skill Development Facilitate the delivery of industry-linked training programs that enhance employability.
