Zoho One Intern

You will work closely with the Technology, Operations, and Business Development teams to design workflows, support daily platform activities, and optimize processes through Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Application Support

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Zoho One apps such as:
• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Projects
• Zoho People
• Zoho Desk
• Zoho Creator
• Help with user onboarding, permission settings, and system updates.

2. Workflow Automation

• Support in building workflows, blueprints, triggers, and automation rules.
• Assist in designing custom forms, modules, and dashboards.
• Test and troubleshoot automation processes.

3. Data Management

• Import, clean, and maintain data inside Zoho apps.
• Create reports and analytics dashboards for different departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system.

4. Technical Documentation

• Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare training materials and user guides for team members.

5. User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level support to internal users.
• Identify system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Track and document support tickets.

6. Project Assistance

• Participate in digital transformation and system integration projects.
• Collaborate with developers on custom functions (Deluge) and APIs (optional based on skill).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  .
• Basic understanding of CRM systems or cloud-based platforms.
• Comfort with tools like

  Excel/Google Sheets

  for data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn Zoho applications and business automation.
