Role Overview

Salesforce Technical Interviewer

paid per interview completed

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    technical interviews

    for Salesforce Developer and related roles.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills across

    Apex, LWC, Flows, API integrations, and Salesforce best practices

    .
  • Create and administer

    scenario-based problem statements

    to assess real-world skills.
  • Provide

    structured feedback

    and evaluation reports to the hiring team.
  • Ensure interviews are conducted fairly, objectively, and in alignment with global standards.
  • Stay current with

    Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices

    to maintain interview relevance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

    , with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and system integrations.
  • Prior experience in

    interviewing, mentoring, or evaluating Salesforce professionals

    .
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, iPaaS tools (Workato/MuleSoft), and data integrations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to assess both technical depth and problem-solving approach.
  • Salesforce certifications such as

    Platform Developer I/II, Application/Integration Architect

    preferred.
