     Shikshakji.com is looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Expert to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the Zoho suite of applications including Zoho Payroll, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Campaigns. Customize Zoho applications to meet business needs and improve workflows. Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues related to the Zoho platform. Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow. Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to assist management in decision-making. Automate processes using Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator to streamline business operations. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Zoho and implement them as necessary. 2 to 3 years of experience working with Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books and other Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of Zoho customization, integration, and automation. Experience in working with APIs and third-party integrations. Ability to analyse business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills for supporting and training team members. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Desired Skills: Zoho certifications are a plus. Experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications. Familiarity with education-based platforms or related industries.
