Manage financial operations related to exports, including cross-border payments, currency exchange risks, and compliance with international regulations. Oversee financial transactions across core categories (apparel, home furnishings, hard and soft lines) and ensure alignment with the companys global business model. Lead and mentor the in-house finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with the companys-chartered accountants (CA). Qualifications Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in export operations or global supply chain businesses. Experience in managing international payments, cross-border compliance, and export-focused financial workflows. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills to support strategic decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
