As a Zoho CRM Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the Zoho CRM system to uphold accurate customer data. You will be tasked with customizing Zoho modules, workflows, and layouts to meet the specific needs of the business. Additionally, creating and analyzing Zoho CRM reports and dashboards to derive actionable insights will be a key part of your role. Your duties will also include training users on various Zoho CRM features and providing continuous support to ensure smooth operations. A comprehensive understanding of Zoho One, Social, Sales IQ, and Page Sense will be essential for this position.
