Zoho Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho products (such as Zoho One , Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.), customization capabilities, and a knack for problem-solving. The Zoho Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other modules.

· Implement workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom functions to streamline business processes.

· Create and maintain custom scripts using Deluge scripting language.

· Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and connectors.

· Design reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho to provide actionable insights.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho platform.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

· Provide training and documentation for end-users and team members.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates, features, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).

· Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integration.

· Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP is a plus.

· Experience in working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.

· Strong understanding of database management and relational databases.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with CRM implementation and customization.

· Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS models.

· Knowledge of project management tools and practices.
