Zoho Developer

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other core Zoho products including Desk, Books, and Projects. You will be responsible for customizing Zoho applications, integrating them with third-party tools like Twilio, and developing solutions that align with our business needs. Key Skills: Zoho CRM Deluge Scripting Zoho CreatorZoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects API Integration Zoho Analytics Automation Workflows JavaScript Roles and Responsibilities: Zoho Customization Specialist Customize Zoho products (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Projects, etc.) to fit business requirements. Design and manage workflows, custom fields, layouts, and automation within the Zoho ecosystem. Zoho Integrator Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools, especially Twilio, using REST APIs and webhooks. Set up and maintain smooth data flows between Zoho and external platforms. Application Developer Build and enhance custom applications using Zoho Creator. Develop automation scripts and logic using Deluge. Support Analyst Provide technical support and troubleshoot Zoho issues for internal stakeholders. Implement quick resolutions and long-term fixes for identified problems. Business Analyst Work with business teams to understand requirements and processes. Translate functional requirements into effective Zoho configurations and apps. Data Manager Manage data migration, cleansing, and transformation within Zoho tools. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related Zoho products (Desk, Books, Projects). Proficiency in Deluge scripting and building automation workflows. Experience in API integration and working with tools like Twilio. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data structure, and user access control. Knowledge of JavaScript for extending Zoho functionality. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Zoho Creator Certified Developer (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with agile/scrum methodology and project tracking tools. Familiarity with advanced Zoho products like Zoho Analytics. Understanding of business process automation across departments.
