Zoho Developer

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to own our entire Zoho ecosystem. Your primary mission is to automate our business processes and serve as our internal expert. You will design and build custom solutions, primarily with Zoho Creator, CRM and books, and will also oversee the work of external Zoho agencies to ensure quality and alignment with our goals.

What You'll Do

• Build & Automate: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications in Zoho Creator and write complex Deluge scripts to automate workflows across the Zoho suite.
• Manage & Customize: Own the administration and customization of Zoho CRM, including modules, blueprints, and workflows, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Integrate & Oversee: Manage API integrations between Zoho and other platforms. Act as the technical point of contact for external Zoho agencies, validating their solutions and monitoring project success.
• Support & Improve: Troubleshoot issues, support internal users, and continuously identify opportunities to improve our processes through automation.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of direct experience as a Zoho Developer.
• 4–8 years experience in managing technical/automation projects
• Mastery of Deluge scripting and deep expertise in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
• Proven ability to build custom solutions and manage complex integrations using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Bonus Points for: Zoho Certifications, experience with Zoho Analytics/Books.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
