Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Developer located in Mumbai. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing and developing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications. Additional responsibilities include integrating third-party applications, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and creating and maintaining documentation. The Zoho Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Zoho solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customizing and developing Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
• Experience in integrating third-party applications with Zoho
• Technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in AI-driven software solutions and digital transformation is a plus
