Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Developer-Zoho. The Developer-Zoho will be responsible for designing and implementing Zoho CRM systems, customizing modules, creating and managing workflows, automating processes, and integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with 1 to 3 years experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator,Deluge Scripting,Coding, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications
• Experience in customizing Zoho modules, creating and managing workflows, and automating processes
• Strong skills in API integration, REST/SOAP Web Services, and third-party integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Salesforce, Automation Anywhere, or other CRM systems is a plus
