About Us:

Black Swan Business Setup Services is a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in business setup, HR, and operational excellence across India and the GCC region. We are expanding our technology team and looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to support our automation and CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM solutions as per business requirements.
• Create and maintain custom modules, workflows, blueprints, functions, and Deluge scripts.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (Books, People, Projects, etc.) and third-party tools.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and workflows.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Zoho systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (Deluge scripting, API integration, and automation).
• Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One, Books, People, Creator, Projects, Campaigns).
• Experience in workflow automation and data management within CRM systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup (office & remote).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Zoho CRM with other business systems (e.g., email, telephony, ERP).
• Zoho Developer certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to HR or business consulting domains will be an added advantage.
