· Customize and manage Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Forms, Projects and People etc.
· Automate complex workflows using Deluge, Zoho Flow, and APIs
· Integrate Zoho with third-party systems to streamline operations
· Offer technical support, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption
· 1–2 years’ experience working with Zoho One suite, ideally in a business automation or healthcare context. Preferably have Zoho certification (CRM or Creator)
· Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
· Hands-on basic knowledge of finance, inventory, and data management processes
· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and support end-users
· Work at the intersection of technology and healthcare innovation
