Zoho Administrator & Revenue Operations Specialist

What Youll Do

• Manage and optimize Zoho CRM and the Zoho suite (Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, Books, etc.)
  
• Create workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency
  
• Ensure clean, secure, and reliable data across all systems
  
• Train and support teams on Zoho features and best practices
  
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align processes and boost revenue growth
  
• Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs (pipeline, conversion, CLV, forecasting)
  
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
  
• Drive adoption of Zoho tools and lead system integrations with other platforms
  
• Stay updated on Zoho and RevOps trends, recommending new ideas and tools
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Administrator
  
• 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
  
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM and the Zoho One suite
  
• Proficiency with Zoho Analytics and data reporting
  
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Zoho Certifications (e.g., CRM Certified Administrator)
  
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models and revenue metrics
  
• Familiarity with other CRM.
