Recruitment Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities

Support onboarding and documentation of new hires

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation

Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs

Address employee grievances and HR-related queries

Handle employee onboarding, exits.

Office Coordination & Administration

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management

Maintain office records, files, and employee documentation

Manage office supplies and inventory

Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities
