You are being sought after by Eagle Eye Networks to be a highly skilled Zoho Administrator who will be in charge of managing and optimizing their suite of Zoho applications. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, maintaining, and providing support for the Zoho platform, with a specific focus on CRM and Analytics to aid marketing and sales efforts. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience with Zoho applications, the capability to grasp the sales process and translate it into solutions configuration and modification, as well as the proficiency to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. In the role of Zoho System Administration, you will be tasked with configuring and maintaining all Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and Zoho Campaigns. You will also manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings, conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, implement workflows, automation rules, and custom functions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications. Your responsibilities will extend to Customization and Development where you will customize Zoho applications to align with specific business requirements, develop and implement custom modules, fields, layouts, and reports, utilize Zoho Creator or other relevant Zoho development tools to build custom applications and integrations, as well as integrate Zoho applications with other third-party systems. In the realm of Training and Support, you will provide end-user training and support on Zoho applications, create and maintain documentation for Zoho processes and procedures, assist users in troubleshooting and issue resolution, and act as the primary point of contact for Zoho-related inquiries. Data Management and Reporting will be another key responsibility where you will manage data imports, exports, and migrations, develop and generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and implement data backup and recovery procedures. As a Zoho Administrator, you will be involved in Project Management by participating in the planning and execution of new Zoho projects and initiatives, gathering and documenting business requirements, managing project timelines and deliverables, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Staying Current with the latest Zoho updates, features, and best practices will also be essential, along with evaluating and recommending new Zoho applications and features to enhance business processes. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), have proven experience as a Zoho Administrator, a strong understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics, proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho applications, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, experience with API integrations and SQL (preferred), and Zoho certifications.,
