What You Will Be Doing Conducting powerful twice-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions that focus on academic goal-setting, motivation engineering, and championship mindset development Hosting strategic "office hours" where students access real-time guidance, recalibration, and performance optimization Leveraging AI analytics and performance dashboards to identify growth opportunities, remove obstacles, and refine your coaching approach Documenting critical insights and strategy adjustments to maintain each student's accelerated growth trajectory Engaging with an elite coaching team to share breakthrough tactics, address challenges, and continuously elevate the coaching model What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering traditional instruction or managing academic content—our technology handles the educational mechanics Following rigid curricula or reading from standardized scripts Supervising or hand-holding unmotivated students—we develop self-directed achievers Navigating bureaucratic processes or attending low-value meetings Maintaining the status quo—this role demands continuous excellence and measurable impact Youth Success Coach Key Responsibilities Drive exceptional academic achievement and engagement by delivering high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching within our innovative remote, technology-powered educational model. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree (field irrelevant—excellence matters more than specialization) Minimum 1 year experience coaching, mentoring, or catalyzing success in K-8 students Demonstrated record of exceptional performance in any discipline—academia, athletics, entrepreneurship, or arts Commanding virtual presence with ability to establish immediate rapport via digital platforms Proficiency with performance tracking technologies and data-driven coaching adjustments Capacity to work full-time (40 hrs/week) across international time zones Nice-to-have Requirements Background in performance psychology, athletic coaching, or achievement-focused development work Experience within homeschooling communities or non-traditional educational environments About Alpha Anywhere Bring accelerated learning home with personalized academics and life skills. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
