Yardi Technical Support Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking mid to senior-level Technical Support Engineers (Level 2) with hands-on experience in Yardi to provide application support focused on troubleshooting and configuration across key Yardi modules. The successful candidates will handle incidents, service requests, and problem resolution while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

This role will follow Australian business hours, with flexibility to extend support when required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide L2 technical support for Yardi applications, focusing on troubleshooting and configuration across various modules.
• Support and maintain Yardi applications and modules, including
  • :Fund Management
  • Investment Management
  • Core GL
  • Leasing Pad (winding back)
  • Job Costing (winding back)
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve system issues while ensuring root cause identification and preventive measures.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and integrations to proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support system stability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and SOPs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–8 years of experience in technical or application support, preferably with Yardi Voyager or related modules.
• Strong understanding of property management, real estate, and investment management processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with Windows Server and database environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and handle time-sensitive issues.
