Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5-12 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to highlight performance gaps and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies, maintaining high standards of financial governance
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to support operational and financial alignment
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for property owners, investors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure optimal liquidity management
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that enhance profitability and efficiency
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records
• Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvements to strengthen accounting operations
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong foundation in financial accounting, management accounting, and cost accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Knowledge of tax accounting and compliance requirements relevant to property or asset-based accounting environments
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned portfolios or key accounts
