Job Summary:

Banerjee Bajaj, Durgapur is looking for an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to oversee the overall functioning of the service department. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workshop operations, deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure effective diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles in accordance with Bajaj standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
• Monitor productivity, job allocation, and workshop efficiency.
• Coordinate with the parts department for availability of spare parts.
• Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the workshop.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a two-wheeler or automobile workshop (preferably Bajaj).
• Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in workshop management software and basic computer operations.
